The Office of the President has announced the release of the official portrait of President John Dramani Mahama.
It said the portrait, designed to reflect the President’s dedication to leadership and service, symbolises national pride and unity while embodying the values and aspirations of Ghana.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwakye Ofosu on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
The Office of the President clarified that the government has not and will not contract any company or individual to produce framed versions of the official portrait in bulk for distribution.
"Ministries, Departments, Agencies, private businesses and companies, and the general public are kindly informed that the Government HAS NOT AND WILL NOT contract any company or individual to produce framed pictures of the official portrait in bulk for distribution," the statement read.
