After a successful debut last year, the Bartenders Masterclass, a premier event under the Ghana Beverage Awards (GBA) umbrella, makes a return this year to captivate industry professionals, aspiring bartenders, and beverage enthusiasts alike.
Scheduled for February 24, at Front Back Bar, this year’s masterclass promises an unparalleled opportunity to explore the art and science of mixology, enhance skills, and celebrate innovation in the beverage industry.
Promising to bring together seasoned mixologists, industry leaders, and budding talents for an engaging day of learning, networking, and collaboration, participants can look forward to live demonstrations, interactive workshops, and insightful panel discussions led by renowned experts in the field.

Ahead of the event, Emma Wenani, Chief Director at Global Media Alliance, organizers of GBA, shared her enthusiasm saying, “This year’s Masterclass presents an opportunity to break barriers, challenge conventions, and explore new horizons in mixology.
"What excites me most is the focus on how local ingredients can be creatively utilized to craft world-class beverages.
"At the end of the day, it will not just be about cocktails; it will be about telling stories through every pour and sip, and redefining the future of Ghana’s beverage industry."
She emphasised the importance of the role of bartenders in driving demand for beverages.
“By creatively engaging customers and showcasing the versatility of beverage products, bartenders are not just servers; they are storytellers who bring brands to life through their craft.
"By so doing, they create memorable experiences that foster customer loyalty and drive growth in the industry.” Ms. Wenani stated.
