Parliament’s Appointments Committee has begun the vetting of Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, the Minister-designate for Labour, Jobs, and Employment.
The session aims to assess his suitability for the role and his strategies for tackling key labour-related issues in the country.
During the vetting, Pelpuo is expected to outline his vision for addressing unemployment, boosting job creation, and improving working conditions for Ghanaian workers.
In addition to Pelpuo, seven other ministerial nominees are scheduled to appear before the committee today as part of the ongoing vetting process.
