Canada-based Ghanaian Gospel musician, Ronica Sings, has opened up on the decision to use a dance challenge to promote her single, 'Covenant Keeping God.'
Speaking to JoyNews upon her arrival in Ghana on Wednesday evening, she revealed that she introduced the dance challenge to make her song catchy and relatable.
“It makes it catchy. People can relate more when they can dance to a song. They can relate and connect to the song more that's why we brought up the dance challenge,” she said.
She also revealed the challenges in getting airplay in Ghana as a musician based in Ghana.
“In times past, yes. That was in the year 2000. It's hard because I lived in Canada, when you live in Canada and not exposed to the environment here, people don't see you so it's hard to get the airplay and to show yourself but now I have come because I love my people and connect with everybody,” she mentioned.
The singer who is in Ghana to meet her fans and also promote her song admonished music lovers to expect more from her visit to the country.
“Fans should expect to experience the divine presence of God through ministration. The presence of God is everything, they ahokkd be ready to experience that presence. When there presence of God is there, there is liberation, healing. My people should expect through my ministration,” Ronica added.
Ronica Sings, known for her powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics, has captivated audiences with her music that resonates deeply within the gospel community.
'Covenant Keeping God' is a song that gives faith to the broken-hearted and also preaches the commitment to God.
