DJ Khalifa, Guinness Ghana DJ Awards 2024 Best Bono Region DJ, and Emcee Nice, 2024 Hypeman of the Year nominee, successfully wrapped up their inaugural High Skuul Tour on 31st May 2025 at Notre Dame Girls Senior High School.
The tour which took off in March last year, marked off a significant milestone in youth entertainment and engagement across senior high schools in Ghana throughout the period it ran. The dynamic duo fired up the crowd with high energy performances and interactive sessions, leaving a lasting impact on students.

The tour’s theme, “Healthy Harmonies: Coming Together to Boost Mental Health and Stop Addiction”, added a vital social dimension, using music and dialogue to promote wellness and awareness among the youth.
Taking off from Nkoranza Senior High School, and spanning multiple schools including Odomaseman Senior High School, Drobo Senior High School, Sunyani Senior High School, Berekum Senior High School, and Notre Dame Senior High School, the tour was met with overwhelming enthusiasm. Students packed assembly halls and auditoriums, raising their hands and voices in unison as DJ Khalifa and Emcee Nice brought music, fun, and inspiration to every stop.
The energy was palpable, with crowds responding to every beat and word -a testament to the power of music in uniting young people and addressing critical issues like mental health and addiction.
DJ Khalifa’s recognition as the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards 2024 Best Bono Region DJ and his previous accolade as Best Central Zone DJ in 2023 underscores his rising influence and exceptional talent within Ghana’s vibrant DJ scene. These prestigious awards highlight his consistent dedication to excellence. His achievements have not only elevated his profile but also inspired many upcoming DJs in these key areas.
Emcee Nice, Hypeman of the Year nominee at the 2024 event, brought infectious energy, amplifying the tour’s message and engaging students beyond entertainment.

Meanwhile, fans nationwide are already rooting for both DJ Khalifa and Emcee Nice to grab nominations at the 13th edition of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards – powered by Smirnoff, slated for November 29 at the Palms Convention Center.
In a statement after the final show, the duo took to social media to express sincere gratitude:
“Fam! Huge thanks for making our maiden edition of the high school tour an unforgettable experience! It was a blast! Your passion, teamwork, and commitment were everything. Looking forward to building on this momentum, next year’s edition promises to be even greater!”
