Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel will strike "every site and every target" of Iran, after Iran launched waves of missiles in retaliation for Israeli strikes on Friday.
The Israeli military says it is still striking Iran and has hit more than 150 targets in the past 24 hours.
Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian has threatened a "more severe" response if Israel continues its attacks.
The UK is sending more jets to the Middle East "for contingency support across the region", Keir Starmer says.
This comes after Iran warned the UK, US and France that it will target their bases and ships in the region if they help stop the strikes on Israel.
The strikes come as Washington and Tehran were due to resume talks on Iran's nuclear programme on Sunday - but now, the talks have been cancelled, according to mediator Oman.
