Retired Colonel Festus Aboagye has shared his assessment of what he believes caused the military search team’s delayed arrival at the helicopter crash site in the Adansi Akrofuom district.
Speaking on Joy News' PM Express on Monday, he revealed that he is preparing a detailed paper on the tragic incident, covering how the immediate aftermath was managed, the securing of the site, and the search and rescue efforts.
