The road to Africa’s biggest DJ night is officially 100 days away from today.
The 13th edition of Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, powered by Smirnoff, is set to take place at the prestigious Palms Convention Center, Accra on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
The excitement has already been building with the annual Pub Fest tour, which kicked off in style and has already thrilled fans in three buzzing locations – Kona Lounge in Accra, Bamobi Lounge in Winneba and Signature Lounge in Tema. Each stop has given revelers a taste of the electrifying energy, showmanship, and music mastery that the awards night itself promises.
Next stop on the calendar is Swagger Night - Takoradi, where the coastal city will not only draw music lovers and DJ admirers to the Pub Fest event, but also make history as the venue for the very maiden 2025 edition of the Ghana DJ Clinic at Atlantic Hotel. This unique experience - Ghana DJ Clinic - will bring together DJs, aspiring talents, and industry professionals for mentorship, skill-sharing, and conversations on the future of Ghana’s DJ culture.
As the clock ticks down to the main event on November 29, exactly 100 days away from today August 20, anticipation continues to rise.

Over the past decade, the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards has cemented its place as the ultimate celebration of Ghana’s disc jockeys - the masters of sound who keep the heartbeat of our parties, concerts, and cultural gatherings alive. This year promises even more surprises, electrifying performances, and a spectacular honoring of Ghana’s finest DJs.
Already, Highlife artiste Kwabena Kwabena and Dancehall heavyweight Samini have been confirmed as performers on the night, with both promising energetic stage presence and ecstatic experience for fans. Organizers Merqury Republic say a lot more of Ghana's favorite artistes and entertainers will be confirmed soon.
Meanwhile, the core spotlight will be on the resident talents of the night – the DJs. Reigning DJ of the Year DJ Lord OTB will bless the night with his iconic fingers while DJ Vyrusky, DJ Sly King, AD DJ, DJ Phantom and many others also exhibit their unique and priceless skills.
Henceforth, fans across the country can expect 100 days filled with activations, music experiences, and opportunities to connect with the stars behind the turntables. The many diverse activities that have rolled out since its 365-day countdown from 2024 is an indication that the 2025 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, powered by Smirnoff, and on the theme 'Shake the Floor' will raise the bar yet again for music culture and nightlife entertainment.
