Thara Brigitte Mills, founder of the Mulan Smart Educational Centre and the Mulan Neurodiversity School, has been celebrated with two prestigious honours at the Global Women Leadership Summit: Global Educational Reformer of the Year and Global Excellence in Special Needs Education.
Her unwavering commitment to building inclusive learning environments, particularly for children with neurodiverse needs, has earned her recognition as a leading force for positive change in education.
In her acceptance remarks, Ms Mills dedicated the awards to the broader community that makes her mission possible.
“These awards belong to the children whose courage inspires us, the parents who believe in possibility, and the teachers who work tirelessly to make inclusion a reality,” she said.
The Mulan Smart Educational Centre and Mulan Neurodiversity School remain committed to providing an excellent standard of care and education for every child.
The institutions aim to nurture children in a warm, safe and supportive environment, while encouraging them to realise their full potential through play, learning, interaction and age-appropriate experiences.
