Ghanaian entrepreneur and CEO of Eddy Acquah Properties, Edward Acquah, has been named Ghana's Most Outstanding Personality in Consultancy at the 9th edition of the Forty Under 40 Awards, held on September 5, 2025.
The award recognises Edward’s exceptional leadership in real estate, highlighted by his company’s innovative sales and marketing strategies, as well as its remarkable client experience delivery.
The awarding board cited his pioneering of the Diaspora Property Consulting Division, which connects Ghanaians living abroad to lucrative investment opportunities, alongside forging strategic partnerships with leading global firms such as Knight Frank - EMC Real Estate UK.
Under Edward’s leadership, Eddy Acquah Properties has become a trusted brand in Ghana’s real estate sector, successfully managing complex transactions and delivering a strong track record in residential sales across prime Accra locations and over 20,000 sqm in commercial leasing.

The awards ceremony, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel, was organised by Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. The Forty Under 40 Awards celebrates young leaders driving growth and innovation across diverse sectors while contributing to national development.
