The ceremony, an annual tradition since the passing of the late Vice President 13 years ago, seeks to pray for Allah's continuous mercy upon the soul of the late Vice President, as well as bring well-wishers together in his remembrance.
This year's ceremony, which will be held at the residence of the late Aliu Mahama at the Switchback Road, Cantonment, Accra, will bring together family members, political leaders, Muslim leaders and members of the general public.
