Roverman Productions has once again set the stage for an unforgettable festive season with the return of the Festival of Plays, a celebrated theatrical event showcasing six original works by playwright Uncle Ebo Whyte.
Running from December 24, 25, 27, and 28, and continuing into the New Year on January 1, 2, 3, and 4, the festival will take place in Accra at the National Theatre, with performances at 4 pm and 8 pm daily.
This year’s lineup includes classics such as Terms of Divorce, Dubai or No Sex, The Ex Factor, Love on the Ropes, Voices in My Head, and Order for Four.
Each play dives into relatable themes of love, relationships, personal struggles, and social realities, delivered with Roverman’s signature mix of humour and depth.

This year’s Festival of Plays is not just about great storytelling—it’s also about affordability and choice.
Roverman Productions has introduced three ticket options, allowing audiences to pick a price point that best suits their budget while still enjoying premium theatre.
- Loyalty Card Holders can attend shows for GH¢225 per show, exclusively via the Rover App—representing the biggest discount available.
- Regular tickets are priced at GH¢300 per show, accessible through KORBA shortcode *365*535#, ticket outlets, and online platforms.
- For true theatre lovers, the Festival Pack offers exceptional value at GH¢1200, granting access to any six plays—a significant saving compared to purchasing individual tickets.
This tiered pricing structure reflects Roverman Productions’ commitment to making theatre more inclusive, ensuring that more people can experience high-quality Ghanaian storytelling during the festive season.

The Festival of Plays is sponsored by Korba, Gino Jollof Mix and Stanbic Bank. Communications partner is MNotify.
