The Guinness Ghana DJ Awards Pub Fest powered by Smirnoff is set to take over Winneba this Saturday, August 15, as the 2026 awards season kicks off with a series of activities celebrating Ghana’s DJ culture.
The activation will bring DJs and music lovers together for live performances and entertainment at Tempest Lounge in Winneba.
The Pub Fest is designed to take DJ culture directly to audiences through high-energy performances while creating opportunities for music lovers to experience some of Ghana’s leading DJs in a live setting.
It forms part of the activities lined up ahead of the 2026 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards mega night, scheduled for Friday, December 4, at the Palms Convention Centre in Accra.
Following the Pub Fest, the Ghana DJ Clinic will focus on education, mentorship and technical development, providing DJs with opportunities to sharpen their skills and prepare for the demands of the global music industry.
The activities will culminate in the main awards night, which will bring together DJs, music industry stakeholders and music lovers for performances and recognition of outstanding contributions to Ghana’s DJ and music industry.
This year’s awards are being held under the theme “All Out,” which organisers say is a call for DJs, creatives, fans and other industry players to embrace boldness, innovation and excellence.
The Ghana DJ Awards, powered by Smirnoff, is expected to continue its nationwide activations as it builds towards the December mega night.
