The recently refurbished Danquah circle near Osu in Accra was last night razed down by fire.A summer hut at the Circle according to an eye witness was set on fire by a man believed to be mentally retarded.The eye witnesses say the man loiters the place more often.When Joy News visited the scene, the thatch roof and coverings have been burnt to ashes leaving the metal frames over a concrete slab with a padlock in the door of the structure.The Danquah Circle was recently renovated in memory of the late J.B Danquah.
