The Member of Parliament for the area, Mr Aquinas Tawiah Quansah, urged the defeated contestants not to get disillusioned but to feel as part of the team and place their knowledge at the disposal of the others.
He said the party would need the ideas, knowledge and experience of everybody in moving it forward.
The MP urged the new executives to work hard to retain the seat for the party.
Mr Moore said he would work in harmony with the new executive to retain the seat in 2012 general election.
According to him, they are aware that the task would not be easy but with the support of every member and supporters the party would sail through.
Mr Moore thanked the party for the confidence reposed in the executive and assured that they would not fail.
