The Lower West Akyem Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has re-elected Mr Awuku Peprah as its Chairman.
Mr Peprah polled 203 votes to beat Mr Harrison Kwaku Oworae who had 194 votes and Nana Amakye Afful who came third with eight votes.
The 442 delegates also retained Mr Alex Keney as Vice Chairman.
Mr Keney had 198 votes as against Mr Joseph Ameyaw who had 188 votes.
The position of second Vice-Chairman was retained by Mr Kingsley Osei who had 203 votes while Mr Francis Ofori became the new Secretary, beating the incumbent Mr Addo K. Annoh, by 300 votes to 72.
Mr Appiah Agyei retained his position as Assistant Secretary.
The position of organizer was retained by Mr David Apetsi, who polled 169 votes as against 134 by Mr Michael Asante and 97 by Mr Agyei Ampomah.
The constituency election committee had earlier disqualified Mr Asante for having a membership card issued in 2008 with dues payment back-dated to 2006.
His supporters however threatened to disrupt the polls but following consultations, he was allowed to contest.
Madam Hawa Abdulai, the incumbent Women's Organizer, lost to Miss Lamrana Issahaku by 58 votes to 224.
The position of Youth Organizer went to Mr Samuel Osei Agyei who had 321 votes as against 90 by Mr Ransford Omar Darko.
