David Addy is delighted at the step up in level in his club career after he sealed an 800,000 Euro switch from Randers FC in Denmark to Portuguese giants FC Porto. The left back who was a member of Ghana U-20 World Cup winning side signed a three and half year deal with the Portuguese Champions after passing a medical on Monday. With the left back slot in the Ghana team a constant source of worry, Addy who has earned a few national caps in the past will be hoping regular football will help his efforts at breaking into the Black Stars.Addy's move was the real big move involving a Ghanaian player on the final day of the January transfer window. The other significant one involved Ahmed Barruso who has joined Serie B side on loan from AS Roma.Source: Kickoff.com
