Two weeks of incessant robbery attacks at Adom Estates, a suburb of Kasoa in the Central region, is forcing residents to contemplate re-locating.
There are robberies every three days with assailants wielding guns, machetes and knives, neighbours there told Joy News.
In the latest attack, four homes were robbed in one night in one community. A family man lost his laptop, mobile phones and some money that night after the robbers broke into his home around 1am Tuesday.
His cooperation ensured that his wife and children were left unhurt.

These attacks are coming three days after the residents lynched one of the suspected robbers and set him ablaze.
The locals believe the renewed robberies are reprisals after the mob justice inflicted on one of their own.
There are unconfirmed reports that the robbers circulated posters warning of more attacks. Some in the estates say they cannot take it anymore.
They are putting in place contingency measures and re-location is a serious prospect.
Adom Estates is not a gated community and roads there are “very very bad” Joy News’ Beatrice Adu says. The road network there is discouraging police patrols.

According to the MCE for Kasoa, Adams Nuhu, the attacks are an overflow from those happening in neighbouring towns like Amanfrom, Ngleshie and Top Town.
Last week about 12 residents were injured after a series of attacks.
The MCE says rationing of police across these communities is improving security in the communities.
He says neighbourhoods will have to step up volunteers to patrol the communities.
The MCE assured residents there will be a meeting with the District Police Commander to find ways to address the dangerous security situation.
