A policeman mounts his motorbike wearing a helmet. Two future leaders in a form of two kids are pegged dangerously in front and behind him.
It is a perilous journey that appears to be the routine for the policeman who may or may not be a parent to the kids. But he is clearly compromising the childrens' safety.
This has dangerous illegality written all over it. But who will stop the policeman? Who will confront the parents?
