The leadership of striking polytechnic teachers will appear before an Accra High Court today.
They have been sued by the National Labour Commission for defying a directive to call off their three-week old strike.
The polytechnic teachers have also refused to comply with the orders of the commission to submit to compulsory arbitration.
Earlier, General Secretary of the Polytechnic Teachers Association Anthony Ayarkwa told Joy News they are ready to face the NLC in court.
He accused the Labour Commission of being grossly unfair to them.
