“Mass rape” prosecutor absent from court

The case of Amina Mohammed, the lady at the centre of the controversial mass robbery/rape allegations involving Tamale-bound passengers on October 11 has been adjourned to 15th November, 2010. The Prosecutor Paul Barega was not in court Tuesday morning when the case was called at 8:30 am. The Presiding Judge Mrs Patience Mills-Tetteh adjourned the case to 15th, 22nd as well as 25th November, 2010. Hearing for 15th and 22nd November is at 1pm while hearing time for 25th November is 8:30am. Story: Yaa Asantewaa/Asempa News
