The First Lady, Mrs. Ernestina Naadu Mills has been decorated with honorary doctorate for her outstanding contribution towards promoting the welfare of women and children in Ghana.
Mrs. Naadu Mills who participated in the World Affairs Council Forum on Global Women Issues held in Connecticut, USA, was decorated by Mark Scheinberg, founder and president of Goodwin College in East Hartford, Connecticut.
She also met with a section of the Ghanaian community in Connecticut.
Dr. Mrs Naadu Mills is expected home on June 14th 2011. See photos in our galleries.
