All who have interacted with Lololi Quashigah will testify of her imaginative creative abilities.
The teenager, who is endowed with the dexterity of translating her creative ideas into realities, keeps surprising her audience with her craft.
After an impressive organisation of the Lololi.co Fashion Show in 2015 and 2016, the 14-year-old raised the bar higher with a third successive Fashion Show at the Paloma Hotel on the Spintex Road in Accra on Saturday.
The daughter of Ivan Quashigah, one of Ghana’s prominent movie directors, led a team of over 40 youngsters to put together the glittering show.
This year’s edition of the Lololi.co Fashion Show focused the spotlight on less respected occupations in Ghana. Attires used by masons, mechanics and head-porters were all exhibited on the cat walk.

“The goal was to celebrate underrated professions in Ghana like the Okada, Kayayo…When you go to a market like Kantamanto, I don’t think you will want to carry your own bag, that is why you have to appreciate [them],” Lololi stated.
Ivan Quashigah, director of the popular TV Series, YOLO, and the father of Lololi was present at the event and was full of admiration for his daughter’s creativity.
“As a father, I am very proud…and I support her and give her all the necessary help that we can to get her to realise her dreams,” Mr Quashigah said.
Lololi Quashigah at the end of the event thanked her parents, friends and sponsors for their assistance in getting the event organised.
She asked all patrons to anticipate a better show next year.
