Under pressure event organisation, Millenium Excellence Foundation has brought diagrams to a parliamentary probe investigating claims it used the presidency to raise money for an awards dinner last December.
The Dinner table diagrams are expected to be used to explain the Foundation's point that no one paid $100,000 to sit at the President's table.
The Foundation's publications before the event asked potential sponsors to pay $100,000 to sit on the President's table. It also promised a private dinner for two "at a later date".
But the President of the Foundation Ashim Morton has said, the term President used in the publication was not referring to the President of Ghana but to him.

Ashim Morton during his turn before five-member bi-partisan committee showed the MPs a diagram depicting the arrangement of seats at the awards dinner.
There were 25 sponsored tables and 138 guests at the dinner. The Green dots meant the sponsor paid between $10,000 to $25,000. Those who sat at the back paid between $5,000 to $15,000.
The Yellow dots showed those who paid $40,000 to $50,000. Red dotted spot paid $75,000. It was the closest seat to the President's Gold Table which was 30 feet away, Ashim Morton said.
He disputed reports the guests on the table paid $100,000 and explained none of the 19 seats on the President's Gold Table was part of the sponsored chairs.
Mr. Ashim Morton also stressed expatriate winners at the awards did not need to pay or sponsor the event.

Payments were lodged in an account at the Ministry of Trade and Industry where sponsors were asked to bring their cheques. The collection of the monies has raised questions about ethical breaches.
