Members of Good News Choirs Union Zone 'A' of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, at the weekend undertook a three-hour clean-up exercise, donated 12 pints of blood and presented 50 bed-sheets and pillowcases worth 500 Ghana cedis to the Hohoe District Hospital.
Mr. Moses Komla Gakpah, Zonal President of the Union, said the gesture was part of the group's social responsibility to the Hospital and humankind.
Mrs Patricia Azumatse, Matron of the Hospital thanked the Union for the donation, saying it would go a long way to help in the running of the health facility.
The members disilted choked gutters, cleared weeds at compound of the hospital, removed cobwebs and mopped the floors of the wards.Source: GNA
