Self-acclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale doled out money to fans who thronged the premises of Zylofon Media, to witness the latest signing to the record label.
The signing, which took place on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, also saw the unveiling of Shatta Wale, arguably the country’s biggest artiste presently.
Zylofon Media is reported to have paid the artiste a sign-on fee of $1.5million, including a house and a car.
The music icon surprised his fans who constitute the Shatta Movement (SM) as he took out several cedi notes and started splashing the cash on them.
The scramble for money gave the security a tough time to control the ecstatic crowd.
He then thanked everyone especially his SM Fans for supporting his career and promised that with the backing of Zylofon Media he will do his best to see Ghana music reach the highest height.
