Renowned asset management and investment banking company, Everbond Financial Service Limited (EFSL) has clinched a top award in Europe.
The Business Initiative Directions (BID) Quality Award, in the gold category, was conferred on EFSL for their immeasurable contribution to the business world and for high standards of professionalism demonstrated in their business delivery in Ghana and beyond.
Everbond Financial Services Limited was internationally acknowledged by the President of BID, at an event held at the InterContinental Frankfurt Convention Hall in Germany.
BID has over the last 30 years been committed to recognizing, educating and spreading quality culture around the world by encouraging businesses with the presentation of awards so as to continue observing quality standards.
Chief Executive Officer for EFSL, Mr. Ebenezer Owusu-Asante, expressed his appreciation, saying that: "it is indeed a mark of honour which has fired us up to continue to deliver quality and satisfactory services to our cherished customers".
He said, EFSL is poised at making total quality management a core focus in their business strategy to ensure persistent improvement in all work processes in order to maintain the leadership in its sector and community at large.
He said, receiving the BID Quality Award signals a clear representation and recognition that EFSL follows the path of excellence in leadership, quality and technology, promoting the ideals of social and business intelligence as measured by BID.
Meanwhile The Arch of Europe Award seeks to recognize not only the success and excellence of EFSL but also to promote efficiency through the implementation of management practices aimed at obtaining results, profitability and increased sales and optimization.
