A total of 200 students on Sunday graduated from Cake Tekniks International, a privately-owned modern cake designing and sugar craft institution, during its graduation in Accra.
Out of the 200 graduands, there were 197 females with the rest being males.
The graduands were awarded diploma certificates in cake, floral and balloon decorations at the event held at the Accra International Conference Centre.
There were also prizes for the top 10 brilliant students who were awarded prizes from Somotex Ghana, one of the sponsors of the event.
The event was chaired by the Brazilian Ambassador to Ghana, Madam Irene Vida Gala who revealed that plans are in place for Brazilian cuisine to be included in the school’s curriculum.
Madam Vida Gala stated that the Embassy would sponsor some tutors of the institute to Brazil to learn first hand some Brazilian cuisine which they are expected to impart on their student.
