One person has been confirmed dead in an accident involving a passenger bus and two police vehicles on the Tepa-Mankranso Road.
Police are yet to give details about the cause of the accident and the actual casualty figure, though they confirm many others were injured.
Eye-witnesses however say a police patrol vehicle had crossed the passenger vehicle to compel the driver to stop.
A passenger on the bus said a bullion van suddenly appeared and ran into the two vehicles.
