Friday September 21, 2012, has been declared a public holiday, a release copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra on Wednesday said.
The release, which was signed by Mr William K. Aboah, Minister of the Interior, said the day, which marks the Anniversary of the first President of Ghana, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, must be observed as such.
