Fifty industrious staff of Dalex Finance, a non-bank financial institution, have been rewarded for their efforts.
The awards which recognized employees in the Southern part of the country included sales executives who were drawn from the Greater Accra, Western, Eastern, Central, and Volta Regions.
As part of the awards, eight employees won a one-week all-expense paid trip to Dubai while others walked away with honour badges, television sets, cash, mobile phones, cash prizes etc.

Addressing the outstanding staffs, CEO of Dalex Finance, Ken Thompson, said acknowledging employees hard work is necessary to get the best out of them.
“This is the fourth time we are rewarding our staff with spectacular prizes and it gives us pleasure that for many of our staff coming from the rural and peri-urban areas.
“We provide them with this amazing opportunity to travel out of the country,” he said thanking and congratulating all of them.

He said worker’s recognition is “culture of Dalex, and we will continue to explore innovative means of incentivizing our workforce”.
Mr Thompson also disclosed at the event held on the University of Ghana campus that the growth of the company has necessitated the employment of 1000 people to play various roles.
In addition, this brings the total number of staffs of the company to 4000.
The ‘Annual Dalex Finance Games and Awards Ceremony’ had close to 2000 staffs in attendance who cheered and celebrated their colleagues.
