In a bid to develop youth football in Ghana, Zylofon Cash is set to launch a football scouting challenge in the country.
The challenge will reignite interest in youth football with the seeming decline of colts football across the country.
Dubbed ‘Zylofon Cash Soccer Star’ the challenge will unearth talents to feed clubs in Ghana, Europe and the national teams.
The soccer star challenge is yet another massive support the Zylofon group is providing for football in Ghana after its recent announcement to sponsor the premier league in Ghana.
Speaking to FootballmadeinGhana.com, the National coordinator for Zylofon Cash Mr. Gabriel Kwabla Kwamigah said he is confident of the success of the upcoming scouting challenge.
“Zylofon Cash is growing at an alarming rate and it is only proper the impact of the success of this brand is felt at all levels.
“The vision of CEO of Zylofon Media Group Nana Appiah Mensah is to ensure that Ghana prospers and we aim to do this with excellence.
“This challenge aside giving hope to young budding talents will also serve as a platform for clubs all over to see the enormous talents this land has to offer.
“Everything is ready to ensure this scouting challenge turns out to be a massive success.”
The challenge will attract scouts from around the world including Spain where Zylofon Cash is attached through its Star Madrid clubs.
Participants will be required to purchase a Zylofon Cash Card to enable them upload a short video of themselves working out with a ball on www.zylofoncash.com.
The upload must be accompanied by the hashtag #zyofonchahsoccerstar for the registration to be complete. Qualified footballers would be contacted with further details.
