Kwadwo Asamoah, Christian Atsu, and Ebenezer Ofori missed training as they arrived late but are expected to be part of Wednesday’s double session.
Meanwhile, Harrison Afful will be the last to join the team on Wednesday.
Appiah has been forced to make changes to his squad due to injuries sustained by some players while on club assignments.
The Black Stars are hoping to continue from where they left off in their 5-0 win against Ethiopia in the opening game of the qualifiers.
