Donkor pleaded guilty to the charge of defilement .
Prosecuting, Police Inspector Kwaku Appiah told the presiding judge, Mr Yaw Atta Sampong that both the accused and the victim lived at Akim Akroso.
He stated that on December 25, 2012 at about 14.20 hours, the six-year-old girl and her younger sister were playing at the back of their house when Donkor called them to come for their Christmas gifts.
The convict took them to a nearby bush and forcibly had six with the victim in the presence of her younger sister, Inspector Appiah stated.
He said Mr Francis Amoah, a witness in the case saw the victim and her sister coming out of the bush and that the victim told Mr Amoah of her ordeal.
