Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has been ruled out of the Black stars’ semi-final game against Zambia in Bata Wednesday.
The Udinese player sustained a knee injury in the game against Tunisia and stayed out of the team’s final training on Tuesday.
This came as a big blow to Coach Goran Stevanovic who has started with four different line-ups in the four games played so far at the ongoing tournament in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
Agyemang Badu told JOY sports: “I am out of tomorrow’s game”. I have a knee injury which I sustained in the game against Tunisia.”
The player has been an integral part of the squad from the beginning of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
