The Apostles Revelation Society Church has pledged its support to churches in flood-affected communities in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region to re-establish after the water recedes.
The Church aims to ensure the worship of the Lord is not hindered by the flood, caused by the spillage of the Akosombo and Kpong Dams.
Spokesperson of the ARS Church, Christopher Foe, made this known during a donation to flood victims in Battor and Mepe in the North Tongu District.
"In times of crisis, it is crucial for us to come together and support one another. Churches play a vital role in providing solace and assistance to those in need, and it is our duty to ensure they can continue their invaluable work," he said.

Mr Foe underscored the church's commitment to being an active partner in the recovery process, fostering resilience and unity within the affected communities.
"The church has been established on the principle 'Society for the Living', and that is the main reason why we as a church deem it fit to do the donation”, he said.
The donation in Battor and Mepe saw representatives from the ARS Church presenting essential supplies and financial assistance to the flood victims. Counseling services were offered to those grappling with the emotional toll of the disaster.
The ARS Church encouraged its members and the wider community to contribute to the cause, hence undertaking donation drives and fundraising events to maximize the impact of their relief efforts.
The Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Okudzeto Ablakwa received the items and assured them that they would be evenly distributed to the victims.
