The Apostolic Church-Ghana marked a significant milestone on Saturday, June 24, 2023, as it inducted its newly elected leaders into office at a splendid ceremony held at the Apostolic Resource, Conference and Retreat Centre in Frafraha, Accra.
The event was attended by a multitude of church members, dignitaries, and well-wishers, who gathered to witness the official commencement of a new era for the church.

Taking the helm for his second term, Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh was inaugurated as President, alongside Apostle Christopher Affum-Nyarko, assuming the role of Vice President, and Apostle Alex Boateng as the General Secretary.

These distinguished leaders were elected by the church earlier this year, in March 2023, and have now embarked on their mission to guide the Apostolic Church-Ghana towards greater spiritual growth and community impact.

The solemn ceremony was graced by the presence of Apostle Ebenezer Nsesa Abebrese, a highly respected former president of the church, who administered the oath of office to the new leaders.

He warmly congratulated them on their election and encouraged them to embrace the responsibility entrusted to them, urging them to elevate the church to new heights and achieve remarkable accomplishments during their tenure.

Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh, speaking on behalf of the newly appointed leaders, humbly acknowledged the grace of a smooth transition of power within the Apostolic Church-Ghana.

Recognizing their inherent limitations, he emphasized their unwavering faith in a God who makes the impossible possible. Referencing the church's journey, he spoke of the previous "Shift Agenda one," symbolizing their Red Sea experience.

He confidently declared that "Shift Agenda two" awaited them, leading the congregation through their Jordan and into the Promised Land. Apostle Dr. Ami-Narh conveyed his conviction that God had wonderful blessings in store for His church and encouraged the members to embrace the opportunities that lay ahead.

The presence of the Speaker of Parliament as the special guest of honor added further significance to the occasion. Delivering a thought-provoking address, he challenged the new leaders of the Apostolic Church-Ghana to undertake feats that many consider impossible.

He stressed the essence of leadership, emphasizing that placing the interests of followers above personal ambitions was paramount.

The Speaker lamented the waning interest of the church in national and political matters over the years, emphasizing the negative impact on the country's moral and social fabric. He urged the church leaders not to abandon politicians, as they too were part of the congregation, and highlighted the importance of combining prayer with action to address the challenges faced by the nation.

Following the induction of the church's top leaders, the executive team of the Apostolic Church-Ghana also took their oath of office, underscoring a collective commitment to fulfilling the church's mission and vision.

With renewed dedication and a steadfast faith, the new leaders, together with the executive team, embarked on their journey to lead the Apostolic Church-Ghana into a future brimming with promise, growth, and divine guidance.
