Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has announced an education support package for the contestants that clinched a victory for Prempeh College in the just ended 2017 National Maths and Science Quiz.
Details of the offer are unknown but the support package will take effect when the two students reach the tertiary level.
Four teachers who played key roles in the success story will also receive GH¢5,000 from the Asantehene for their effort.

Otumfuo made the offer public when authorities and students called at the Manhyia Palace to present their trophy to him.
Prempeh College reclaimed the title from Adisadel after surrendering it to the Cape Coast school in 2016.

The Prempeh College team -Wonder and Daniel- proved tough for Aquinas team - Anamalia and Bright.
The students were accompanied by some past students of the school, including former Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Professor Agyemang Badu Akosa.
Excited officials and students recounted their recent feat in the World Robofest Championship and, lately, the Math and Science Quiz.
They say Otumfuo’s pledge can only challenge them to work harder to excel at other endeavours.
This year’s National Maths and Science title brings Prempeh College's haul to four, the best in the Ashanti Region and the second nationally, behind PRESEC, Legon.
Headmaster, Samuel Fordjour, attributes this year’s success to Otumfuo’s encouragements.
“It is the King’s College so we update Otumfuo of any success, Otumfuo always charges us to do more and this is the results”, he said.
Meanwhile, Prime Time, organizers of the Maths and Science Quiz, says it is set to introduce another competition on the practical science.
It is an expansion of ScienceTech, a fair which runs alongside the competition.
Managing Director of Prime Time, Nana Akua Ankomah Asare, says the new competition will give students an opportunity to exhibit their talent and ingenuity.
“It is an opportunity to let students transfer the knowledge they have learnt and put it into practice. We will do it as an exhibition next year but we hope to build on it for it so it can stand on its own as a competition”, she revealed.
For winning the 2017 edition of the National Science & Maths Quiz, Prempeh College received GHC40,000 and packages from Tigo and GCB Bank.
For 2nd and 3rd places, St. Thomas Aquinas SHS and Adisadel College get GHC30,000 each.
