Ghana defender Baba Abdul Rahman is relishing his debut call up to the Black Stars ahead of the team’s World Cup qualifier against Sudan on March 24 in Kumasi.
The former Asante Kotoko player is one of four players to have received maiden call-ups from coach Kwasi Appiah.
Baba Rahman who currently plays for German side Greuther in an interview with JOY Sports noted his excitement at his debut call up
"I was praying for it every day so I thank God for this opportunity," said Rahman.
"Now that I have been called, I have to try my best and give all that is in me and see what I can offer Ghana and I think I will make Ghanaians proud."
