Reports reaching Hitz FM indicates that Buk Bak’s Bright Boateng aka Blinks Sparkles is back in Ghana. The artiste arrived in Ghana last Friday.Bright was spotted with former Hitz fm presenter Amanda Jissih in town yesterday.A source close to the Buk Bak says the group consisting of Bright, Ronny Coaches and Shoetan have started work on some songs for a new album.The group was in the studio last night(22nd August)and will be laying down tracks for the songs.Buk Bak is known for its unique way of style which endeared them to Ghanaians. After a series of successful albums the group split with Bright relocating to the United States.The award winning group had hits like Komi ke kena, Gonja Barracks and Helepu.Buk Bak also spawned acts such as 4x4, Buky Core and Pope Skinny among a host of other artistes.The source told Hitz FM that Buk Bak may be part of the upcoming Joy FM annual Old Skuuls Reunion scheduled for 17th of September at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
