The Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies (AOMC) Mr Kwaku Agyeman Duah, has commended GOIL for setting the pace in best practices, facility expansion and development.
He was speaking at the formal opening of GOIL’s multi-purpose service station at North Legon near Haatso in Accra.
The occasion was also used to officially launch the company’s 2019 ‘Efie Ne Fie’ Promotion.
The multi-purpose service centre is a one-stop station with six pump islands and twelve nozzles that dispense quality Super XP and another 12 that serves Diesel XP.
The centre also has a well-stocked GOCAFE shopping centre, a GO centre for all lube services, and an auto centre to take care of the servicing of vehicles.

The multi-purpose centre can also boast of an ATM farm to cater for the financial needs of customers, a pharmacy and a fast food joint.
Mr Agyeman Duah expressed satisfaction about the upgrade in facilities and service offerings and commended GOIL for striving to improve upon its performance describing the company as a role model in the industry.
Speaking at the launch of the promotion and the new station, the Ag. Managing Director and Group CEO of GOIL, Mr Kwame Osei-Prempeh said, GOIL’s ushering into ‘CIMG Hall of Fame Petroleum Company’ of the year and again as the ‘Customer-Oriented Company’ of the year was ample proof the company has improved on the quality of products to satisfy customers. “We are therefore launching Efie ne Fie 2019 promotion to say thank you to our customers for staying loyal to the brand’, he added.
The promotion begins on the 15th of November, 2019 and ends in January 2020.
The chairman of GOIL Board, Kwamena Bartels called on drivers to take advantage of this year’s Efie ne Fie promotion to get more rewards.
Explaining the mechanics, the Head of Fuels Marketing, Mr. Marcus Deo Dake said, the Promotion is for Private and Commercial vehicle drivers who buy fuel worth GH₵100 or more and GH₵30 or more for motorbike owners.
Reward categories include Instant benefits such as mobile phone airtime, dusters, t-shirts and tissue boxes, while Ultimate beneficiaries are given monthly tantalizing rewards after accrual of the highest points.
Ultimate rewards include GoCard loaded with credit for fuel purchases, membership of GOIL Family Club and its associated benefits.
