Domestic airline operator, Citilink is predicting an end to the flight-turbulence experienced by most domestic-airline passengers.
Travelers have consistently complained about the phenomenon which experts attribute to the small nature of aircrafts used by the domestic airlines.
Citilink says it is in this light making efforts to acquire bigger aircrafts to address the issue. The Sales and Marketing Manager, Kennedy Agyemang Danquah spoke to Joy Business after his company took delivery of a Fokkar 100 aircraft.
“Sometimes when there are air bumps, it frightens our customers when they are in the air.Now it will be okay for them because we have acquired a bigger aircraft. It offers flexibility and the passenger cabin is spacious. Definitely, this acquisition will enable our passengers have a smooth ride anytime they fly with us” he noted.
The airline also plans to add another Fokker 100 to its fleet by the end of next month.
