Ahead of the 2026 Joy FM Big Workout scheduled for Saturday, 31st January, Super Morning Show host Winston Amoah and Head of Sales at the Multimedia Group Limited (MGL), David Max Fugar, embarked on a 14.7-kilometre walk from the Independence Square to the Great Hall of the University of Ghana.
The symbolic walk forms part of activities to build momentum towards the annual fitness event, which brings together corporate Ghana and members of the public for a morning of exercise, health awareness and networking.

The 2026 edition of the Joy FM Big Workout will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium car park, where participants are expected to assemble early for a health walk followed by high-energy aerobics sessions led by professional fitness instructors.

The Multimedia team say the initiative is designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and collective action, while strengthening bonds among families, workplaces and communities.

The Big Workout has, over the years, evolved into a flagship wellness event on Ghana’s corporate calendar, promoting physical fitness and social interaction in a vibrant atmosphere of team spirit and shared purpose.

With anticipation building ahead of the 31st January event, the walk by Winston Amoah and David Max Fugar underscores Joy FM’s commitment to championing fitness, wellbeing and community engagement across the country.
