Host of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK) has arrived in Ghana for the mammoth evangelistic outreach.
Dr. William F. Kumuyi, General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church will use the five-day non-denominational crusade to win souls for Christ.
The event on the theme: Glorious visitation from Christ will be held from April 20 to 25 at the Independence Square in Accra.
Speaking at a media interaction in Accra, Pastor Kumuyi said Ghanaians should expect the move of God at the crusade.
He indicated that, his coming to Ghana is very timely because God wants to transform the country for greater works.
“God has lifted Ghana and it will become the source of miracles and power for the rest of the world. The Lord is going to bless us in ways we never imaged and it’s going to be marvelous” he added.
Pastor Kumuyi also indicated that, his special focus will be the youth because he has “something burning in my heart for young people”.
He commended churches in Ghana for breaking down denominational barriers to support GCK-Ghana event to win souls for Christ.
Several Christian leaders drawn from various denominations present at the event pledged their support to make the event a success.
They include senior Bishop James K. Saah (Christian Action Faith Ministries), Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh (Lawrence Tetteh Ministries), Most Rev. Dr. Paul K. Boafo (Presiding Bishop, Methodist Church Ghana), Rev. Dr. Joyce Aryee (Executive Director, Salt & Light Ministries), Dr. Ampiah Kwofie (Global Revival Ministeries), among others.
Aside the crusade, there will be a programme for Ministers and Professionals which will take place on April 21st at 6:00am, at the Royal House Chapel.
A special programme for the youth and young adults dubbed: ‘Impact Academy’ will be held at the Independence Square on April 22 at 6:00 a.m.
GCK-Ghana is open to all irrespective of one’s religious beliefs, denomination, or social standing.
