The Chief Executive of Delta United Group, Sabri Rezk, through business magnate and philanthropist Yasmin Behzadi, has donated a range of sports equipment to sharpen the football skills of the Ghanaian-based female football club, Jonina Football Club.
The donation, which aimed at promoting youth development through sports and fostering local talent within the community, presented sports equipment, including football kits, training gear, and other essential sports items.
The equipment is expected to greatly benefit the women's premier league female club.

Mr. Sabri Rezk, committed to supporting sports development, expressed his belief that the donation will provide a platform for young women footballers to hone their skills and potentially pursue careers in professional football.
Speaking at the donation, Yasmin Behzadi also part of the board members of the club, emphasised the importance of supporting local initiatives that empower the youth.
“Sports play a crucial role in building discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through this contribution, we hope to inspire the next generation of football stars in Ghana,” she said.
She also encouraged the young players to take their schooling seriously just like their football dreams.
Delta United Group and Yasmin Behzadi are strong believers that a successful future can be built by supporting young people who are enthused about their future.
The Club, known for its dedication to nurturing young female football talents, welcomed the donation with gratitude.
The President and CEO of Jonina FC, John Obiri Yeboah, noted that the contribution would help improve training conditions and give players a better chance to succeed on the field.
“This donation is a game-changer for us. It will allow our players to train under improved conditions and help us to achieve our long-term goals of success and development,” he remarked.
