The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has raided the premises of Perfect Business Systems, the IT firm behind the controversial $72million SSNIT software deal.
The raid at the La offices of the IT firm reportedly happened on Tuesday, Myjoyonline.com has gathered.
There are also unconfirmed reports that similar raid took place at the residence of the Company's Chief Executive Officer in the morning.
Perfect Business System and Silverlake Consortium were awarded the controversial SSNIT software contract at $34 million, that has generated heated discussions in the country.
The company reportedly got the job even though other firms, including Persol Systems presented tenders to execute the project at a much cheaper cost of $4 million.
