With nine hours to go for the cliffhanger of a World Cup qualifier between Ghana and Zambia, the Baba Yara Sports Stadium is already bustling with activity as thousands of supporters have besieged the stadium in search of match tickets.
The supporters have defied the early morning drizzles and have formed long winding queues around the various entry points to the stadium waiting patiently to be served.
There are also ticket racketeers who are selling the tickets at outrageous prices.
The match is set to begin at 16:00 GMT and already the atmosphere is charged with different supporter unions singing, drumming and dancing.
The Zambians after a botched training session, Thursday night were rumoured to be set for an early morning training but that too was not to be.
They are however expected to take a walk up and down the field this morning before the game begins later in the day.
The two teams are yet to disclose their starting line-ups.
The game will be officiated by Algeria's Haimoudi Djamel to be supported by Abdel Etchiali also from Algeria and Achik Redouane.
