Former Volta Regional Minister,Lieutenant Colonel Charles Kofi Agbenaza (Retd) is reportedly dead.The 81 year old former Member of Parliament for Ketu South between 1996 and 2004, he died last week in Adafianu his hometown in the Volta Region after a short illness.Lieutenant Charles Agbenaza was also one time Central Regional Minister under Rawlings regime.Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
