Joy News Seth Kwame Boateng has produced a new documentary, 'left to rot,' a sequel to 'Locked and Forgotten' which focused on the poor state of Ghana’s prisons.
Its premiere at the New Court Complex in Accra was attended by a number of high profile personalities including Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood, the Chairman of the Prisons Council, Rev Steve Wengam and some officials from the US Department of State.
