Right. The week is almost done. Let's see what it's brought us.
Monday brought us Gas Grievances. A letter from the Energy comission to Ghana gas suggested they were unhappy that works were ongoing, including welding works - on the day that gas was expected to flow through the pipeworks. After delay after long delay, it seemed as if the Ghana Gas Project had unfortunately fallen at the last hurdle, as the Energy Commission warned Ghana Gas not to flood a single pipe until several requests for information had been met.

After we spoke to him, the Energy Minister flew to Takoradi the same day, and was later able to put things back on track.
Tuesday brought us Judicial Japes . The Super Morning Show played host to two appeals court judges, who came to share with us the challenges of administering justice in Ghana. Turns out it's not so easy. A genuine lack of funding has hindered the administration of Justice in this nation. Also, Judges are a truly rare breed.

There are less than 300 of them in the whole country! The perception among certain circles that justice can be bought from certain judges was also put to the test, and our eminent guests sought to dispel this image of our Judiciary. Were you convinced that justice is indeed blind to the bright rainbow colours of legal tender?
Wednesday brought us Health Horrors, as we discovered the terrifying truth behind energy drinks, and the real danger of eating a late dinner. We learnt that the Human Body is a perfect machine, but our eating habits are throwing several spanners into our bodies' already fragile works. We also learnt about stress. Failing to go on a holiday, can be as lethal as a bullet to the brain. I was certainly scared into making some changes. My people, whatever your job, however important you are, please take a break, because if you die, you will be replaced.
Yesterday brought us Revenue Retrieval and Renal Risk. Ace Ankomah spoke at the OccupyGhana forum. He's written to the Auditor General, enjoining him to claim back all the money he - and his office - have been reporting misappropriated, embezzled, and misapplied by government offices and officials.

Justice Emile Short had his own views on how this should be done. We also heard a heartbreaking documentary by kwadwo Nyarko about patients of kidney failure in the central region.
And here we are. Friday. Today brings us perhaps our most fascinating Unique Achiever yet, followed by our big conversation on the question: When hand goes, must it always come? And this is how Friday ends our rather interesting week.
